[How many years have you been studying English?] "A book that will wake you up from years of failing! Grammar books, vocab books, reading books, academies, 1:1 instruction, apps... How much time and money have you spent on English alone? But when you find yourself speaking with a native speaker, you can only manage broken English with a string of words out of context. You’re speaking according to the grammar you learned in school, but native speakers say that it is awkward. Your English goes round and round in your head but you can’t get them out. What’s the problem? The author of this book dedicated more than 20 years into English, becoming an English speaker whose proficiency impresses even the native speakers despite not setting a foot outside Korea. Using his own trials and tribulations with English and the mistakes he has observed in many learners of English in Korea, he shows you how to get it right in the most objective way possible. This book is also the story of his life and a question that many learners of English in Korea pose to themselves. If you absorb the points presented in this book, you'll find that your anxiety about speaking English, “can I actually improve my English? Is this all a lost cause?” will soon be replaced by a sense of accomplishment: "I'm actually communicating in natural English!"."

A book that will wake you up from years of failing!

Passage from a book
“You can’t improve English speaking just by practice alone, especially in intermediate level. By carefully comparing the word order and structure of my English sentences with those of a native speaker, like the overall framework, the frequency of preposition use, etc., you can find exactly where you are weak and what you need to fill in. Once you start practicing with that knowledge, you will be able to get even more out of your practice.” -p.125
